Why certification matters

A public, third-party signal that your workplace culture is real, not just a careers-page slogan.

Employer branding

Give candidates, investors, press and analysts a public, third-party score they can independently verify.

Talent attraction

A verified score gives serious candidates a reason to trust your listings over a generic careers page.

Retention signal

Reinforce your employer value proposition internally with a credible, employee-sourced benchmark to track over time.

Media kit included

Claimed certificates unlock press-ready assets and logo lockups for announcements and recruiting campaigns.

Public profile

A dedicated organization page showing your score, category breakdown, trend over time, and employee comments.

Careers page badge

Embed the badge on your careers site, job posts and LinkedIn; every badge links back to live, current verification.

Benchmarks

Compare your score against industry peers across all 15 categories, refreshed as new data comes in.

Trust by default

Every certificate is signed, dated and QR-verifiable, and can be revoked — this is not a self-reported employer review.

What the certification unlocks for employers

Certification is not just a badge — it's a set of practical advantages that compound the longer you hold it.

Hiring conversion

A verified score gives fence-sitting candidates the confidence to accept an offer over a competitor with no independent proof.

Retention lift

A public, credible score reinforces the employer value proposition internally and gives teams a benchmark to keep improving.

RFP and enterprise trust

Increasingly requested in vendor and enterprise RFPs as evidence of a stable, well-managed culture.

Employer-brand assets

Press-ready badges, logo lockups and a media kit you can use across careers pages, job posts and campaigns.

Benchmark data

See exactly how you compare to industry peers across all 15 categories, refreshed as new certifications come in.

Board-ready evidence

A dated, third-party-verified record that culture is being actively measured and maintained, not just assumed.

Requirements

Every certification must meet these criteria before it is issued.

Minimum score

An overall score of 75% or higher (3.75 out of 5.00), averaged across all 15 categories.

Minimum responses

At least 5 work-email-verified employee responses collected within a single 90-day survey window.

Category floor

No single category may fall below 60%. A single failing category is enough to block certification.

Independence

Surveys are collected independently of the employer, who sees only aggregated scores, never raw responses.

How you get certified

01
Employees rate

Team members complete a short, anonymous survey covering 15 workplace categories.

02
We aggregate

Scores are averaged, checked against category floors, and screened for duplicate or fraudulent responses.

03
Certificate issues

Cross 75% and a signed, QR-verifiable certificate is issued automatically and listed on your public profile.

04
You claim it

Claim the certificate to unlock the badge embed, media kit and press assets for your own channels.

Who it's for

Any organization with 5 or more employees, from early-stage startups to global enterprises. Certification is judged on the employee experience you deliver, not on headcount, funding or industry.

Common questions

How long is the certification valid?

12 months from the issue date. You can open a fresh survey window and re-certify at any time before or after it expires.

Can employees see who submitted?

No. Every survey is anonymous by default, and employers only ever see aggregate, non-attributable scores.

What if we score below 75%?

You receive a private, category-by-category diagnostic instead of a public badge, and can act on it before opening a re-survey.

Do you sell our data?

No. Individual responses stay private; only aggregate, anonymized scores appear in rankings and public profiles.

Ready to be certified?

Invite your team to complete the survey. Certification issues automatically the moment you cross the 75% threshold.
